There’s something particularly lovely about tea at this time of year — cold days, favourite jumpers and an excuse to slow down with something warm.
Little Winter Tea is our seasonal loose-leaf blend created for exactly those moments.
A rich black tea base is combined with apple, warming spices and citrus for a beautifully fragrant cup filled with the flavours of winter.
What Does Little Winter Tea Taste Like?
Little Winter Tea begins with a classic black tea and layers it with fruit and spice.
Inside the blend you'll find:
- Black tea
- Apple pieces
- Cinnamon
- Coriander
- Cardamom
- Orange
- Pink peppercorns
- Cloves
The result is warming, aromatic and gently fruity, with the familiar flavours of cinnamon, orange and clove giving it a distinctly festive character.
It's a lovely tea for dark winter afternoons, slow weekend mornings or curling up with a book in the evening.
How to Brew Little Winter Tea
For the best cup:
Tea: 3–4g
Water: 200ml
Temperature: 100°C
Brewing time: 3–5 minutes
Add the loose-leaf tea to your infuser or teapot, pour over freshly boiled water and allow it to steep.
The leaves can also be brewed again, so don't be too quick to discard them after your first cup.
