Personalised and made-to-order items may take up to 5 working days to prepare.

Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. During particularly busy periods, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, standard UK delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 working days.

Please remember that delivery times are in addition to our processing times.

Free standard delivery is available on eligible orders of £40 or more.
