Shipping policy

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. During particularly busy periods, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Processing Times

  • Standard orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days
  • Personalised and made-to-order items may take up to 5 working days to process
  • Bespoke orders may require additional preparation depending on the size and nature of the order
  • Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays

If you need an order for a particular date, especially a personalised or bespoke order, please contact us before ordering so we can advise whether your required timeframe is achievable.

UK Standard Delivery

Standard UK Delivery is £3.95.

Free standard delivery is available on eligible orders of £40 or more.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 working days.

Please note that delivery times are in addition to our processing times.

Wedding Favour Delivery

Personalised Tea Wedding Favour orders have their own delivery arrangement.

Wedding favour orders are sent using Tracked 24 with signature for £6.25.

This delivery charge applies regardless of the number of favours ordered.

Wedding favour orders are excluded from our standard free-delivery offer.

Wedding favours are currently available for UK delivery only.

Because preparation time depends on the quantity, tea selection and personalisation required, we ask customers to enquire before ordering.

We will confirm availability, preparation time and the proposed delivery date with you before payment.

Bespoke and Personalised Orders

Personalised and bespoke items may require additional preparation before dispatch.

If your order is required for a wedding, birthday, celebration or another specific date, please contact us before ordering.

We will always do our best to accommodate requested dates, but we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date unless this has been specifically agreed with you.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, busy periods, adverse weather or UK bank holidays.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to update the delivery address before dispatch, but this may not be possible once your parcel has been handed to the delivery provider.
